My comment for this topic is:
1) For any student that want continue study in degree level at TATiUC their must be prepare in all aspect like physically and mentally.
2) For get the good result in all subject it's not easy but with spirit as student we must give 100% commitment in class and give more attention when the lecturer give a lecture.
3) Don't give up earlier when do a task or assignment..ask classmate if you have any problem about the subject that you don't know.
4) Don't be shy to ask lecturer or classmate. like old people saying "if we shy to asking we will be lost"

its been great for all student wants to continue degree in TATiUC. even its still new course in here but management just like already had experience to manage the student. for all the student wants to continue in here the lecture in ere are very helpful person. the can guide you and give information to you. Hal Ehwal Pelajar (HEP) also can give provide you the facility that you need. alsowe can get the lesson plan at own department also the time table already provide for your own use... you all can transfer your subject with discussion with dean itself. if you want to know another information you can ask the lecture or the management itself...also that TATiUC provide the bus for the student wants to go to pray at friday.now at TATiUC had many facility right now...for all student want to know more information you can ask the HEP..

For this discussion i would like to post some information to all the new degree student at TATiUC...for the new degree student, you have to more communicate with the lecture to get some information or notes.The lecture can provide all information such as how to transfer credit,register subject and etc..the lecture at TATiUC are open minded and can discuss everything....

For new bachelor student, here i has some guide for you to make sure your way to enter your study is smooth. If you are TATiUC student for diploma/hnd,and wiling to continue you bachelor study here, you are make a right decision because you are easy to transfer your credit subject. But if you are from another IPT, you needed to plan and prepare all your information about your diploma/hnd summary or what are you learned on your previous study to make sure you are not taken same paper again. If you not prepared anything, you better do it before registered day to sure that your learning period is used rightly and you will not get any problem on your future.thanks

To be in this degree level is not the easy thing...this because the task and the assessment that given to us is quite assay us to done it, it is because we need to use 100% of our consideration to do this kind of work ...to be in this level,the first thing that should have in our self is be prepared more knowledge about how to manage the task and the work that given to us..its something like a how to use the microsoft and the other type of the software to make our work become easily and smoothly...
Other that, the most important thing that should have to get in this level is commitment..this because any body can easily fall down without this kind of spiritual....so as we know preparation is the most important thing to get a highest score this degree level...wassalam..

First of all congratulations to everyone student choose TATiUC as place for further study in degree.The advantages for degree course at TATiUC is focused on higher technical skilled technocrats.Other than,as a degree student have a matured mind to successful in education.Therefore, as a degree student must change the way of study because the subject very hard to understand than diploma level.In addition, the culture and environment at degree level different with diploma level.My suggestion as a degree student don't hesitate and shy to ask the lecturer when not understanding with the related subject.The most important thing student should have a very close relationship and respect with lecturer.

although its been new course that im taking,i would always prefer to study at tati.it is because,i think in here i have many friends and know well of their lecturers as well.
my advise is,dont be afraid to learn although its difficult because god always help us when we face difficulty.
i`m glad that before this i already taken Tool and Die Design course where i can transfer almost of the subject which the same syllybus.

Degree level is not as same as diploma level. In degree level, some students might be shocked of what they will faced on. The culture and environment are different from the diploma level. But there's nothing to be affraid of, because challenges is always come as we walk ahead.
As a student, we should have an improvement from day to day. The way we social, the way we make friend and how we be a friend. We have to think as how a degree students think. What's right and what's wrong and that's how the degree student is. Finally, give our full commitment for our degree courses for TATiUC to achieve the vision in order to be recognized as a world class skilled training centre. Thanks to all.

first of all i would like to congrats to all first year student because can be a TATi University College...
For this topic i would like to say to all the first year student to study very hard because you all can get what your want in here...
so study hard...
beside, i would like to give advice to first year student to always see your lecture to learn what you don't know...also i wall to tell, don't shy to see your lecture because all lecture in tatiuc is very kind and helpful....
if vyou all have some problem about management just go to academic administor department (HEA) or student affair department (HEP) to solve your problem....
lastly, i hope all first year student to respect your senior and always ask them if you get a problem in your subject or anything else....
just don't shy and respect them....

first of all,its good to write in here.
for this 'First Year Degree Survival Guide' topic, i think that there are several way that student should know in order to get through the first year in college.
1)oneself must have determination in studying although its been a little bit difficult in ways of studying.
2)oneself also should to have good relationship with the senior because they have all those experience before this and can help you in study.
3)when in class you cannot be hesitated to ask anything if in any doubt.
4)always maintain good relationship with the lecturers because they can help you when facing problem.
i think that`s all i can guide you to survive in this first year degree.hehe

firstly,my respond to the comment@topic is,i`m glad as the senior to the junior(1st year degree student) is that to give advise or some survival skill to pass through this 1st year at TATiUC.
Eventhough we heard a lot of rumors about the difficult of being degree student from others but thats all are not true because we can see the post graduate from tati can become lecturers or can be simplify as TatiUC product.
you all must have determination when study in degree and should not be easily give up!
always meet the lecturers when face problem in study.
dont ever use the word postponed for all work that given.
always prepare yourself for the next topic that u`ll learn.
finally,i hope my advise will you all follow as guide towards successful.

but hmm.. one or two comments seem to have undergone the "cut & paste" process which is a habit that is commonly practiced by diploma students. These tips probably were cut & pasted from certain websites. embarassing indeed. be wise! avoid plagiarism.

1)Sit in the front row. Not only will we be able to see and hear the lecturer better.
3)Learn your professor/ lecturer's name and what he or she likes to be called. "Mr." "Ms." "Instructor" or "Dr." may be appropriate. For example, Miss.Sara.. :) She didn't like we call her madam or any else..
4)Come to class ready to learn.
5)Start working on an assignment as soon as possible
6)Have a good attitude.

I think here some of my advice..
♥Pay attention in class. Lecturers are going to treat you like an adult in college. You're responsible for handing in papers, taking notes and showing up for class. If you don't do these things, you only have yourself to blame. It's easy enough certain days to skip class, but don't let that become a habit.
♥Choose your friends wisely. It might be tempting to be best buddies with the person who sleeps late, knows how to party and doesn't attend class. But that person won't help you pass your classes and graduate. That's not to say you can't have fun,just balance your study and class time with your carefree time.
♥Become organized. This is important to keep ur assigment,works up 2 date.
♥ Speak with lectures and students in your class. You can only benefit from speaking with them.
♥Last but not least..keep your faith because "miracle happens when we believe" don't wait for the miracle,but dare to do one..

for get trough success in DEGREE survival it's not easy like before,diploma course..it's more different...
but,if student diligent to hardworking and give more commitment in class,it already will help us to score in studies..
for me, not at all can give 100% pay attention in class.so,get initiative to asking someone who can help our problem subject....
nothing to be afraid..if we have interest to finished the degree studies till end,surely we can follow up each studies as well..right???
just!don't give up and let get the success..

# All of thing in our life is very important. We should take care everything.
# For all junior at first year ( BME - tooling )first thing as a degree student .. you must prepare yourself in mental, physical and spirit to move forward. Never forgot to pray and alway remember that .. Allah always see you.
# Degree level is very important in step of study. If you can finish successfully in degree ... you can move smoothly in master and PHD.
# Right now you are very lucky becuase have a chance to study in degree level.Because you not have a lot of responsibility to do and thing. So ... take this opportunity carefully. Don't loss your chance. Compared with me ... after 9 years finish the diploma and working, just now have a chance to make futher study in degree. Already have a lot of responsibility with family ( 1 wife, 2 Child ), job and anything else. But I never give up. One thing you must know .. is very 'hard' to working with a piece of diploma. Believe me ...
