positive aspects of change when someone work with company that always moving forward is in my opinion,they become more discipline in their work. for examples, when their company become more develop,it automatically generates them to have more work or jobs to do,in this case,themselves whose the company worker will be more busy and together they will have discipline attitude in their work.
as the contrary,the negative aspects of change is that (from the workers point of view) oneself will become more selfish and do not mingle around with another workers especially those who are below them as for example,those that in production line,clerk and so on which we call as low rank of workers. as the company more developing,the attitude of selfish and arrogant in oneself will increase too..

In my opinion, for positive aspects of change when someone or people work in company always moving forward is they become more hardworking. When oneself is hardworking in their work, they will gain more experience then others. Other than that, attitude of hardworking can be improve as the company growth.
For the negative aspects, the workers will become more lazy as they as the superior workers they can choose any of their subordinate workers to do for then. For this problem, it will happen when the company develop and they have more staff work with then. That's All thank you....

In my opinion for the positive aspects of change like they can try something new that is may be the best for their company.Such as increase the collaboration among the workers.For example in settle down any problem that exist in their company.
For the negative aspect may be they resist to change because of their mind setting already stick to the current situation. and they don't want to accept the new one due to afraid in need to replace the current comfortable situation with the uneasy situation.

Positive aspects of change are;
When we have a change in Atmosphere or change position, we could show more interest in new environment; this will give a positive more mentally. A change in our position will give new challenges, which will help explore new things. A routine and same environment in life is not a thrill. A change in new position will add new friendship and contact. This will add new colors to our life.
Negative aspects of change are limited;
We may have to move our regular pose of life style; sometimes it is painful to have a change. We may feel discomfort in finding on old file or things. We may loose our old friendship and contacts.

The positive aspect of change to who work with company which always moving forward is, they will charging more than average the salary.They also can increase their salary with do the overtime because generally the company have many project.Other than that,they also can obtain the benefit such as socco and kwsp.
The negative aspect of change to who work with company which always moving forward is, their attitude and spirit to work will defiant.Sometime they will demand about the highest salary and it will become the problem to company.

the positive aspect people will change is there will learn more about that company. and there will learn strategy of the company.
also if the company is moving forward the employee must move to.

for negative aspect employee cant earn skill in their post if their post always change.
for the employee there will boring with company,
for the old worker there maybe can't accept the technology. and the moral of employee will down.

There are few positive things will appear when the company that always moving forward on. On the worker its self, he/she will had a new working environment. With the change, they will increase their ability with new skill or knowledge that they don't get before. The company will never had a change from good to be weak or worst way right? So the employee will find the change is to make their job is more easier. Everything that positive must have their negative, the negative things on the company that always moving forward is not all the change that the company did is good. Before have a changes the company must listen to the worker opinion to ensure the changes is success. If the change is trouble their employee, it will decrease the work quality because hard to change, for the result maybe the changes is waste. It is true the changes is inevitable..especially when you work with company which is
always moving forward..but there are positive and negative aspects of changers..
in positive aspects we can say that the changers is quite impressed the company, this
because it can improve the quality of work, the workers will do their work more
specification to avoid any mistakes..,the changers also can make the worker be more
cooperation with each other to make their company moving forward.,it also can encourage
workers to be more active in productivity..the worker also can be more competitive
and through it can improve productivity of the company.....
But there are also a negative aspects in making a changing in company..,company have
to changes every single part to make the changes are impress..with this changes workers
also will make an error if the company always make a changes because the workers should
have a permanent guideline are always changes..it can give a problem to workers
to follow up..so there is negative and positive aspect in changes..but the it is depend
on how we manage the changes...wassalam...

change are common word for all people.every people in the world had to except their change in life.also in the company there many thing that had to change to keep the company alive or moving forward follow with the technology.so the people had to except the change in the company.they had to except the positive and negative change in their life to stay at the company that keep moving forward....
on the positive aspect of change is attitude in life.people had to be more creative to live in the company such as the company wants the new ideas to moving forward you can give it to them.it also make you more discipline and be more responsible in job what you are doing.if you will be change into new section or post will learn a new thing and skill also be more interested on new section or post.that are some of the positive aspect that change in your life on working.....
but on the positive also had a negative change in the life.such as you had to spend more time to the company more then before.then you will also had to make a new team or friend on the new section and take some time to make them accept you.you also had to learn new thing in short time to make the company except you...

For discussion this week i think it quite difficult to get the idea for it..but i try my best to give the idea for our class to read.
People generally resist change, but change is inevitable especially
if you work with company which is always moving forward.
and people will change in two aspect, positive and negative.
In my opinion the positive aspects of change:
Firstly, they will always up to date the information related to their job for example they must know more advance about machine if
they working at the industrial field.My second point is they will became more flexible person or worker it mean if their company move forward the worker must prepare to transform or change their skill or knowledge together with the lever of company their work.My next point is the management will be extremely satisfy with our job this point mean if the worker
change their skill or knowledge the can make their job become more valuable.last but not least, if the company moving forward the worker must upgrade their self that mean the worker must learn or study to upgrade their skill
lever if the worker do that their could doing good job even the company transformation condition.
The negative aspects of change:
My first point is if the company always moving forward it effect to the worker. It mean the worker will take time to change according to the company performance. My second point is the worker will become stress when doing their job. When company
moving forward the company will throw the pressure to the workers. Effect of that the workers might have some problem due to change. Last but not least, the worker will take a time and must study a lot.

For topic this week,in my opinion change is to become different
or make something or somebody different. Normally, an organization are always face with the situation that need a changing to be done for the sake of the progress of company and the human resource that move the company.
The first positive aspect of changing is the workers can broaden their knowledge. For example, the workers will know about the technology that before this they never use it. In the school, teacher teach using traditional method which is chalk and talk but for now,teacher must know how to handle the computer because some of the school nowadays using a computer as their aid in teaching.The other
positive aspect is the workers will have a lot of skills so that they can do other jobs.
People usually resist to change because as we can see to the negative aspects of the changing, people are difficult to adapt with the new environment. For example, if the company wants to replace the old machine with the new model of machine, so the person who is
responsible to handle the machine must know how to use the new machine.So it is hard for someone to change because they already get use with the old machine.
The other negative aspect is there is unsatisfied among workers.
If the company want to make a changes, then they have to restructure again their management by doing reappointment department.
Besides that, it also will made the workers did not clear
with the new objectives of the company. Then, they cannot perform
their job effectively like they do not know what is task that is
more important in order to achieve the objectives of the company.

As a people,everybody want get a job by any company.Then you should accept all good and evil.All along change,changed and get off the ground.What can I share good aspect,if person work either selected and with technology factory the latest for one man can get higher informative.All skill be front all along eye with a good technology.You as a worker can get more developed and idea constructive.Something change enables high intellectual of our ubiquitous career world change.Many benefit you can get,so no need to worry.
The negative aspect ,in making a changing in company,sometimes not 1 year change a worker.So make a worker problem and something wrong thinking.For example,effect money pocket,over impression and so on.If like this as a worker,cannot perform a good way.So please try to get a right way and plan how to move on…

Everyone should be changed in their life to get the difference in various of aspects. The changes are occuring so fast that people say in this rapidly changing world change is the only constant.
In my opinion, there are numerou visible and invisible forces, such knowledge, skills, ambition, and expectation. As a result,the workers were provide themselves being hardworking, discipline and quality.
For the negative aspect of change is atitute among the workers. The worker become more lazy along the technology used. The changes of technology give some of people many disadvantages especially among the workers.

in the positive aspect if there are a lot changing in work,we obtain to learn more skill and knowledge aside to know something that we do not know in work before example,people who follow up the each guidelines obtain to improve their work good well.maybe the employee change it cause to adapt the company more productivity or so on.
then the workers will show their discipline,attitude,presentation or improvement in company...

Peoples today are generally resist changes. But no matter what, changes r inevitable and sometimes can be important to a moving foward company as well as ourself. Changes may happen to all level of people especially students and employees. It may be in a positive or negative aspects.
One of the positive aspects of changes is to be more self-confident. This will make people more confident and dare to make changes in a community. Peoples also should have a mature mind. As we change, this will give an effect to an individual in other aspects such as personality, leadership, and responsibility. These will provide a strong desire to an individual, even to a company in order to achieve goals. All these positive aspects will make an individual to be a motivation to other people.
Besides positive aspects, there's also negative aspects. People suppose to change from bad to good not from good to bad. A company should provide a fixed guideline to employees. Employees cannot run a work progress if the guideline is always changing. This will effect to the company reputation. Employees might resist changes due to uncomfortable situation. They hardly to suddenly change as they might be comfortable with their current duties. Therefore, changes might be important under some circumstances.

Salam for everybody, this topic we can discuss a lot of thing but ... depend from idea what I have right now. First, about positive of change. When we work with company which is always moving forward.People can improved their self in skill, dicipline, responsibility and knowlegde. Maybe more than that. If the company build faster, people must follow that situation too. Only good enough people will recieve the difference improvement.If people know about the challenge they will run together with others. In this situation, people will know a value of himself. If not... they will loose in career and life. We must know one thing ... no body know about us, until we prove something in positive way. Such as good worker in our company or ... as a worker can do everything if needed. Not has alot of reason when bos or manager said to do it.
But, still have negative aspect in this case. Such as people afraid to take a risk in their work. If they still at old position for a long time or just do their own work and not disturb anybody they thing its safe for the career and can life happy. But people dont know if they like this, just put their self in one dark box. People will think, they always good in a field but maybe in the same time, alot of member or partner hate them.
